I ran our club's Dog Days 5K at Elkins Lake Sub-division in Huntsville this morning. The course is a roller coaster and, according to my GPS, 3.2 miles. A hundred yards into the race, I tripped and took a hard fall on the asphalt. My left knee took most of the impact. So, I ran the rest of the race with a red left sock. I ended up finishing in 51 minutes and something.

Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
