I had an appointment in Conroe today and did not get to the park until late this afternoon. Hot - probably just over 90. I took off on an unplanned route on the roads and ended up running 4 miles.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Yes, it went well. It was a periodic checkup with the skin doctor. Nothing to be burned and no surgeries. Thanks for your support.
