I had an appointment in Conroe today and did not get to the park until late this afternoon. Hot - probably just over 90. I took off on an unplanned route on the roads and ended up running 4 miles.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 83. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,400 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day. Yes, it went well. It was a periodic checkup with the skin doctor. Nothing to be burned and no surgeries. Thanks for your support.
