Mid-afternoon run

I had an appointment with the skin doctor in Conroe at 1 p.m. today and did not get out to the park to run until after 3.  With about a half mile into the run, I tripped on a root and took a hard fall.  I got to the one-mile point and decided to turn around and make it a total of 2 miles.
