I had a lot of stress today, unrelated to running, and walked a long way behind a spreader to put fire ant poison on my yard this afternoon. However, I did get to Iron Works this evening and then to the track to run laps.
Good job on the "However." Imagine how many times with your streaking that you have overcame and came to "However" I think that is one of the teachings of endurance sports. No matter...somehow we get to "however."
You are right, Marvin. Sometimes the mental challenge to streaking is more difficult to overcome than any physical injuries. Hope your training is going well.
