OMG, no rain today

It was sunny all day and no rain is forecast for the next few days.  I ran 2 miles on the streets this afternoon, but felt sluggish and my knees were stiff.  I have concluded that the cortizone shot that I received a couple weeks ago is really helping.  So, I presume that when I see the doctor this Tuesday, he will give me one in the left knee.
