Allergies

After I got home from running 7 hours in the woods yesterday, I started sneezing and it continued all day today.  My allergies have not been bad for the last few months, so hopefully, this will be a short bout.  Plus, I have been sleepy all day.  I did get in a 1.3-mile road run this evening.  I felt like running further, but it was probably best not to.
