Tapering

I took it easy this evening and only ran 1.3 miles on the roads in town.  The forecast for cool weather in Tyler for the marathon on Sunday is holding up.  I will need all the help I can get.  I am always anxious about the first marathon of the season.  This year, especially, after all the hamstring problems last year.
