Early Start

I usually get up between 8 and 9 a.m., but this morning I had to get up at 3:45 to take my wife down to Houston for an early morning flight. And then, it rained all day. After much napping during the day, I went to Nautilus late this afternoon, ran 1 mile+ on the treadmill and then worked out.
