Back from Mississippi

I got up early yesterday morning and drove 8 hours to Brandon, Mississippi for a family gathering. There was not a good place to run from the hotel at night, so I resorted to running a mile+ on the treadmill at the hotel at 10 last night. I left Mississippit at noon today and drove back to Huntsville and ran laps at the track at 9:30 tonight. Back to normal tomorrow.
