Inside Loop

I ran the 6.9 mile inside loop at the park this afternoon. It was so warm that I expected to see snakes.

I wished I could have gone that far today but it was just too hot for me to mess with it. I did five and was happy that I could make that with not just the heat but unbelievable humidity. And I started at 6:45am!
