Wet Trails
Lavonne, Norman and I ran the 6.8-mile outer loop at the park this morning. It was rather warm and very humid. I'm glad I carried water. We did not run into any critters on the trails, except for three other runners, including Curtis. With about a mile and a half to go, it started raining hard. I was drenched in sweat, so the rain felt good. Thanks, Lavonne and Norman.

Thank you for the invite. i had a good time despite the rain.
I was lucky enough to miss the rain. I wanted to be cooled down, but the thunder was a little unnerving. Glad you made it safely.
