I drove down to The Woodlands this morning and ran the Run the Woodlands 5K for the 77th time. With my sore back problem, I was a little concerned about my finishing time. I ended up with a 37:47, which is in my normal "shot group."
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,000 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons.
