Friday mile

With a 10-mile race in the morning, I ran a little over a mile on the roads this afternoon.  Earlier, I drove down to The Woodlands to pick up my packet.  Nearly 3,000 runners are signed up, so I opted to avoid race-day packet pickup.  Besides, gas is relatively cheap now.
