This afternoon, I went out to the state park and ran 6.9 miles on the trails. I only saw one other runner and two bikers on the trails. Merry Christmas to all.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
