Sick all day

I hardly slept last night and was feverish all day, my typical sinus infection.  I skipped Iron Works, but did go out to the park and ran a little over a mile on the trails.  Tonight, I had to drive down to Houston to pick up my wife from the airport.  Just got home.  I have a half marathon coming up Saturday, so I need to recover quickly.
