Wrap and run

After the Cowboys beat up the Redskins this afternoon, I wrapped my knee and went out to the park and ran 3 miles on the roads.  The knee still hurts, but is much better.  I have tickets for the Cowboy-Eagle game next Sunday.  Go Cowboys.
