Teal Ribbon 5K

I drove over to College Station this morning to run the Teal Ribbon 5K.  It rained before the race, but at race time it was just hot and humid.  The course started and finished at Scott-White Hospital and ran through a residential area.  Relatively flat.  As I recall, I ran that same course many years ago.  I finished in 34:58.  There was no age group competition.

That is a good time, ken. You are going to smoke age group competition if you keep this up. I am hoping for a 45 minute 5k on the triathlon this coming Saturday.
