My Mondays seem to be routine. Yard work, workout at Nautilus, 3-mile run on the roads and dinner at the Farmhouse. It was a little different today. With classes over at Sam Houston, there was not much traffic on the roads and my run was a little safer.
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 990 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day. Member of the U.S. Running Streak Association, Seven Hills Running Club in Huntsville, Texas, Lufkin Area Pace Setters (LAPS) and Team RWB.
