I had to wait around this afternoon for a guy to come and work on my computer, so I never made it to Nautilus. However, just before dark I ran the same 3-mile course around town that I ran yesterday. Like yesterday, it was in the rain.
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,000 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons.
