Day Off

After running 73.9 miles in the last 7 days, I decided to rest today. I went to the track this afternoon and ran one mile. Today was Boy Scout Merit Badge Day at Sam Houston State. I spoke to a classroom of scouts about my military service and answered a lot of questions. I was also introduced as a runner and I got a few questions about running too. However, most of the questions were about guns.
