Tundra My calf was still sore, so I did another recovery run today. This time at the track. I'll try a longer trail run tomorrow. I just got off the phone with my son Kenny, who is working for a few weeks on the north slope of Alaska. I am including four of the photos that he took the other day near the camp.

I think that you need to take a full day or two off for that to fully heal. I'm looking out for your wellbeing.
I am one ahead of you on the national streak list and I intend for it to stay that way. Have you had an opportunity to meet the other Woodlands streaker, Mark Bonney? How did you son's wedding go?
