Tapering Time

It was back to the park this evening. After a quick workout at Nautilus, I went out to the park and ran 4.2 miles on the trails with Hans, John, Ron and a new guy, Jason. The trails are really in good shape after the recent rains. I suppose it is time to start tapering for the Bataan Death March Memorial Marathon in New Mexico on March 29. That's one thing about running another marathon in two weeks, it is not necessary to do a long boring training run.

Hey Ken:
It was nice spending time running and riding with you for TIR a couple of weekends ago. Congrats on Seabrook and good luck with Bataan.

Pat: Thanks for the comment. TIR was a good time and we had a great team. I did not know you had a blog. I checked it out and noticed that you just signed up for Blue Bell. That was a reminder for me, so I signed up too. I've done it 11 times, but not consecutive years. See you at the Blue Bell truck after the race.
