After mowing my yard and working out at Iron Works, I ran my regular 2.5-mile course at the state park. Sara joined us for the first time in a while. Good to see an old friend.
Ken...haven't contacted you lately and hope all is well with you out there ...my reading list hasn't been coming up. So, glad I got it back to keep up a little better...glad to see you are still running.
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 83. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,400 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day. Member of the U.S. Running Streak Association, Seven Hills Running Club in Huntsville, Texas, Lufkin Area Pace Setters (LAPS) and the Fass Run Club in Conroe, Author of the book, How to Put on a Road Race.
