I worked out a Nautilus this evening and then ran 3 miles around town in the rain. Then, Ben and I went to the Sam Houston - UT San Antonio basketball game. Sam won and is 7-0 in conference play.
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 83. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,400 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day. Member of the U.S. Running Streak Association, Seven Hills Running Club in Huntsville, Texas, Lufkin Area Pace Setters (LAPS) and the Fass Run Club in Conroe, Author of the book, How to Put on a Road Race.

You are doing a cold rainy run and Jerry Flanagan is doing a bike ride. What is it with you guys? Gutsy bunch this over 60 crowed, you know?
I don't know about Jerry, but us streakers run every day, except for appendix removal and a bad knee diagnosis by a general practitioner.
