Today was the 12th day of 1-mile on the treadmill at Iron Works. I think I am beyond the point of having to worry about sweating and infection. Was suppose to get the bandages off on Tuesday, but that got rescheduled for next Friday. My plan is to run elsewhere tomorrow.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 85. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day. Member of the U.S. Running Streak Association, Seven Hills Running Club in Huntsville, Texas, Lufkin Area Pace Setters (LAPS) and the Fass Run Club in Conroe, Author of the book, How to Put on a Road Race.
