Another 7
I went out to the park at 1:30 this afternoon and ran 7 miles on the trails. The temperature was in the high 90's; thank goodness for Camelbak's. By the way, this is my 3,500th post since I started blogging in 2008. Since this blog is part of my motivation system, it has been worth it for me. I just feel sorry for anyone who has tried to read them all.

Way to go again, Ken. That is a lot of posts for sure. Not a problem at all reading some of them. The dogged purpose of it all comes through and we all need that portrayed for us.
This comes through in the streaking too: like life is one long race, not just the day's efforts.
