After Iron Works this afternoon, I went out to the park and ran 3 miles on the trails. Passed a lot of people hiking. When I meet families hiking the opposite direction, I always tell them to watch out for the alligator laying across the trail up ahead.
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 940 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons.
