Unusual Friday park run

Usually, I do a short run on Friday and race on Saturday.  However, no race tomorrow and this afternoon I had to take someone down to the Houston airport.  So, at 11 this morning, I went out to the park and ran 7 miles on the trails.  The temperature was in the low 90's and, as usual, the humidity was high.
