Dose

I looked at my bottle of antibiotics today, wondering how come I had so many left.  I have been taking 2 a day since last Wednesday.  Guess I should have read the instructions.  It says take 2 twice a day.  So, I have been taking half the prescribed dose.  Oh well, the fever is long gone, anyway.
I met up with the group at the park this evening and ran 4.1 miles on the trails.  Cooler temperatures today.
