No rain today and it was plenty hot and humid. I ran 3 miles on the park roads this evening. At least, there is some shade.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983.
