Made two trips to Conroe today, after running 1.3 miles in Huntsville.. First, I had an appointment with the doctor who did the ablation on my heart a week and a half ago. Good news, the ablation was successful. Next, I have a Echo test on June 18 to see if my heart has regained it's strength after taking medication for the virus that attacked it and the ablation. Then, this evening, I went down to the Fass Brewery Run and ran another 2 miles. 3.3 for the day.
