I saw my cardiologist first thing this morning. He said that the soreness and swelling is from a smaller broken blood vessel and was nothing to worry about. Still looks like I have to wear the defib vest and heavy battery pack for another month or so. They are going to run another strength test on my heart on June 18. After an errand in Conroe late this morning, yard work and mowing, I went to the park late this afternoon and ran 3.7 miles, mostly on the trails.
