All the regulars were at the park this evening for our group run. Plus, Sara came down from Lovelady with her niece to run with us. I ran 2.3 miles, half on the trails and half on the roads.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 82. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,350 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
