It was the first time I ran without the heavy vest, but it did not seem much different. Guess I am getting use to it. Are you continuing your treatment?
Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
