I ran 1.3 miles in town this morning and then drove down to Conroe this evening and ran another 2 miles at the Fass Brewery Run, for a total of 3.3 miles for the day. That gives me 104.4 miles for the month of April and 435.5 miles for the first 4 months of 2026.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
