I ran the Tyler Azalea 10K this morning. I really felt lousy during the race. I felt like stopping during the race and leaning against a tree (or an azalea bush), but I kept moving. Finished in 2:02:11. I was the only runner over 80, so I wen my age group.
A blog reader mentioned that I did not blog last Wednesday, March 18. I went back to see if I had an unpublished draft entry for that day. I did not. I ran 4 miles at that park that day, mostly on the trails.
