The weekend turned out to be not so busy. I had planned to get up at 4:30 this morning and drive down to Missouri City to run the Texas 10 Series Sienna 5-Miler. However, due to the cold weather, it was cancelled and changed to a virtual event. I did go down to The Woodlands this evening and run the Sunday Night 5K - for the 169th time. Finished in 50:25.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
