I went to the park this morning to try to get in a run ahead of the storm. I ran 3.3 miles on the trails, but ended up running in the rain and some nearby lightning.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983.
