The temperature was up in the 40's today. Nice for running. Got in 4.4 miles at the park, mostly on the roads.

- Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 83. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,400 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
