I went to the park early this afternoon and ran 4.5 miles on the trails and no trips and falls or falling trees. When I got home, I proceeded to cut off a large limb that fell and was hanging from the tree in my back yard. Well, it fell on me. While I had no broken bones, I got a gash on the top of my head. I bandaged it up and opted not to go to the ER. I suppose that I will be wearing a cap for the next couple weeks, rather than explaining my unsafe work habits.
