5K x 2

 I ran the Captain Rowdy Inman Memorial 5K on the SHSU campus this morning.  The course was in and around the campus was very hilly, but any race around that campus will be hilly.  I finished in 42:26.  There was no age group competition.   Later today, I went to the state park and ran the 5K distance on the trails, to give me 6.2 miles for the day.
