Icing and Ibuprofen

I continued to treat my inflammed heel with ice and Ibuprofen today. It felt a little better this afternoon, so I ran 2.4 miles on the trails at the state park.

Streaker: Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983.
