Veterans Memorial Parkway Run

After Iron Works this evening, I ran 5 miles on the sidewalk along hilly Veterans Memorial Parkway.  Rather warm, low 90's with a heat index of over 100.  Two races coming up this weekend, 5K on Saturday and a 10-miler on Sunday.
