I ran the same 2 miles on the park roads that I ran yesterday.

    I got a new pair of shoes about 2 weeks ago..run on pavement so seldom I haven't tried them out yet best to you this weekend

    I try to break my in by running on the roads. That is why I stuck to the roads this week. I have a 5K in Houston on Saturday and a half marathon in Houston on Sunday. Not looking forward to the concrete and heat.
