Trip to Houston

Late this morning, I drove down to Houston to visit a friend in M. D. Anderson Hospital. I got back in time to work out at Iron Works and run the PTA 5K course before it got dark.

Streaker: Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
