Friday rest day

Since I have a 5K in the morning and a 10-mile race on Sunday, I went to the track this afternoon and ran laps. Then, to the Sam Houston State baseball game tonight.

Streaker: Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
