Sunday Night 5K

I drove down to The Woodlands this evening and ran the Sunday Night 5K, put on by The Woodlands Running Club.  I finished in 35:33.  It was my 630th race since I started racing in 1983.

    At this stage of the game, almost everytime you complete something it adds to an already incredible record of achievement.
