The temperature was in the 40's today and it was sunny, for a change. After working out at Nautilus this evening, I ran 2.8 miles on the roads around town. The students are back in town, so the traffic is back to normal.
With the weather being so dismal, I have been only running about once or twice a week..I try to make at least one run a double digit---this weather...this too shall pass and we will be complaining about the heat before long.
