Avenues 5K Course

My HS felt a little better today. So this evening, after working out at Nautilus, I ran the hilly Avenues 5K course. Tonight, Ben and I went to the Sam Houston State Women's basketball game with UT - Arlington. Sam won.

Streaker: Retired from the Army in 1984 and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice in 2005. Current age: 84. Began running in 1961 and racing in 1983. Completed over 1,500 races, to include 101 marathons or ultra-marathons and 106 half marathons. My normal running place is Huntsville State Park. I am a STREAKER, meaning that I run every day.
