For the first time in a while, I met up with the group at the park to run trails on Sunday morning. They decided to do the nearly 7-mile loop around the lake. With my hamstring problem, I opted for a solo 3.5-mile loop. It was still sore, but I took it easy (I have never been accused of running hard, anyway).
You have an already tough schedule for the Fall, Ken....take it easy. Try to stay off the ground...best wishes on the injury recovery.
